Engine Four-stroke single with DOHC and four valves Displacement 249cc Bore x stroke 77.0 x 53.6mm Cooling Liquid Carburetion Keihin FCR37 and hot start circuit
The Kawasaki KX250F Is a liquid-cooled, 249cc, 4-stroke single-cylinder DOHC, 4-valve powerplant and has a number of refinements that makes that makes this an excellent choice for a top rider. The all new "bridged-box bottom" race-inspired piston which is lighter and stronger is due to supporting ribs that reinforce the piston pin shaft. The new piston has a shorter narrower and shorter piston pin to reduce reciprocating mass, resulting in quicker rev time.
